Winter Melon Story

Two friends Sammy and Davey spend the summer with Sammy's grandma, Poh Poh. They visit the garden every day, eager for the winter melon to ripen and help Poh Poh make her special winter melon soup. Poh Poh tells the children to wait for the right time to pick the winter melon. Autumn arrives and the melon is nearly ripe for harvest.
