All orders are packaged and despatched from the Museum on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you require shipping faster than this, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
At checkout, you can select either express (first class) or standard (second class) shipping. Your package will be delivered next business day after shipping for first class, and 2-3 business days after shipping for second class.
Please ensure you have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment. If no-one is present, Royal Mail should leave a calling card and take the package to the nearest post office collection depot to your address. Royal Mail then hold the package for one week only, before returning it to the Museum of the Home Shop.
Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and the Museum has no control or liability for them.
