Delivery information 

Delivery is free on UK orders over £50.

All orders are packaged and dispatched from the Museum Tuesday to Friday. At checkout, you can select either standard (second class) shipping, or Click and Collect. At the moment, UK parcels are taking 7-10 days to arrive. 

Please ensure you have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment. If no-one is present, Royal Mail should leave a calling card and take the package to the nearest post office collection depot to your address. Royal Mail then hold the package for one week only, before returning it to the Museum of the Home Shop. 

Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and the Museum has no control or liability for them.

Click and Collect is available on all items - our shop is open every Tuesday to Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am to 5pm.
