Pure flower honey

Fancy some honey, honey? 

We have collaborated with London-based surface pattern designer Sophia Frances and Farrah's of Harrogate to bring you this lively, complex honey with citrus notes, ideal for making bees' knees gin cocktails!

The jar is adorned with Sophia's bold, botanical print titled The Fruits of East London in yellow. Hand-painted floral elements represent national flowers of communities local to the Museum, including the Vietnamese lotus, Bangladeshi water lily, and Polish poppy.
