We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please email email@example.com quoting your order reference.
Returning unwanted items:
Please return any unwanted items unused and in pristine condition (so that they can be re-sold) by registered post within 28 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request within seven days of receipt of the returned goods but it may take a further seven days for the transaction to be processed and appear in your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Earrings, cosmetics and food
- CD's or DVD's that have been opened or unwrapped
- All products that are made to order or have to be ordered specially, for example handmade rugs and framed prints. Please check individual product pages for details.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item or product arrives faulty, please contact the Museum of the Home Shop immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to resolve any problems.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charges but does not include the cost of returning the items.
