Vietcentric Five-spice’s star ingredient is premium Vietnamese cinnamon, which provides a warm subtle spiciness to the already flavourful profile of the blend. The spice blend also includes star anise with a sweet licorice undertone, a hint of fruity black cardamom, and notes of citrus from coriander. Ingredients: Cinnamon, Cardamom seed, Fennel seed, Coriander seed, Star anise.
The star ingredient of Vietcentric Sea Spice, is the ma khaen berry native to the Tay Bac highlands of Vietnam. Its flavour profile is highly distinctive with aromatic mandarin and warm smoked tea which stimulates the palate. The spice blend also combines the sweet notes of fennel, the refreshing quality of dill, and the citrus hint of coriander to bring out the best of any seafood dish. Ingredients: Dill seed, Coriander seed, Fennel seed, Garlic, Ma Khaen Berry.
Inspired by the spices of Tay Bac, Vietcentric has handcrafted Vietcentric Mountain BBQ spice. The blend consists of exotic ingredients including ma khaen berry and michelia tonkinensis. With just a pinch of Vietcentric Mountain BBQ spice, you can recreate the most authentic Vietnamese BBQ. Ingredients: Coriander seed, Dổi seed (michelia tonkinesis), Ma Khaen berry.
